Features
Everything a referral program needs, and nothing that bills by the seat.
The unglamorous parts — attribution that holds up, clawbacks, fraud checks, payouts — are the ones that decide whether a program is worth running. They are all here on day one.
Tracking that survives the real world
First-party cookies, then a server-side API fallback for the visitors who block them, clear them, or convert three weeks later on another device.
Recurring commissions
Pay your affiliates for as long as the customer keeps paying you, or cap it at a number of months. Upgrades, downgrades and refunds are reconciled for you.
Coupons as tracking
Attribute revenue when nobody clicked a link. Hand an affiliate a discount code and woobs matches the redemption back to them at checkout.
A portal they never email you about
Affiliates get their links, assets, live earnings and payout history on a page that carries your logo — and on Pro, your domain.
Payouts in one batch
Approve the month in a click and send to PayPal, Wise or Stripe Connect. Or export a CSV and keep paying the way your finance team already does.
Fraud and self-referral guard
Self-signups, disposable inboxes, matching payment fingerprints and refund-churn patterns get flagged before the commission is ever approved.
Campaigns and tiers
Different rules per campaign, per partner tier, per country. Run a 40% launch push and your evergreen 20% program side by side.
Analytics you can act on
Clicks to signups to paid, broken down by affiliate, link and campaign — so you know which partners bring customers and which bring traffic.
Webhooks and a real API
Every conversion, approval and payout fires an event. Push them into Slack, your CRM, or your own backend, and drive woobs from your own code.
How it works
Three steps, one afternoon.
- 1
Connect your billing
Point woobs at Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or your own API. We backfill your existing customers, so day-one reporting is not an empty chart.
- 2
Set the rules, invite partners
Pick a commission — flat, percentage, recurring, tiered — and send one portal link. Affiliates onboard themselves and start with assets in hand.
- 3
Approve and pay
Commissions accrue as invoices settle and reverse themselves on refunds. Approve the month and the batch goes out.
How is woobs different from the affiliate tool I use today?
Mostly the shape of the bill. Most tools ask for a monthly fee before your program has produced anything, and some take a percentage of the revenue it generates — so the better it works, the more it costs. woobs is free until your affiliates have brought in $250 in a month, then $49, then $149. No percentage, no fee per transaction, at any volume. On features we cover the same ground: link and coupon tracking, recurring commissions, a hosted portal and payouts.
When does Free stop being enough?
The first calendar month your affiliates generate more than $250 of sales. At that point you move to Pro at $49, and Free does not come back later. You can watch the running total in the dashboard all month, so it never lands as a surprise.
What exactly counts as affiliate revenue?
The sales your affiliates generated — the value of the transactions woobs attributed to one of them, measured before you deduct their commission. It is not the commission you pay out, and it is not your total revenue. Anything on your account that no affiliate touched is invisible to us and never counts toward a plan ceiling.
Do you take a cut of the commission I pay my affiliates?
No, and we never take a cut of your revenue either. You set the commission, your affiliate receives it in full, and woobs bills you a flat monthly fee or nothing at all.
What happens on refunds and chargebacks?
The commission is clawed back automatically, and the refunded sale stops counting toward your plan ceiling. You should not be pushed onto a paid plan by revenue you did not keep.
Is there a limit on how many affiliates I can have?
No, on every plan including Free. We charge for revenue, not for seats, contacts or partner count.
Can I run the affiliate portal on my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Point a CNAME at us and the portal, the tracking links and the affiliate emails all run on your domain.
Can I migrate from another tool without losing attribution?
Yes. Import affiliates, existing referral links and historical attribution by CSV so old links keep crediting the right partner. On Business we run the migration with you.
Let your customers do the selling.
Set up your program today. You will not owe us anything until it brings in revenue.
