What does the Free plan actually cost?
Nothing. No card on file, no invoice, no percentage, no per-transaction fee. It is the full product, and it carries up to $250 of affiliate revenue in a calendar month.
What exactly counts as affiliate revenue?
The sales your affiliates generated — the value of the transactions woobs attributed to one of them, measured before you deduct their commission. It is not the commission you pay out, and it is not your total revenue. Everything on your account that no affiliate touched is invisible to us.
What happens the month I go over $250?
You move to Pro at $49 for that month, and Free does not come back afterwards — even if the following month is quieter. Free is there to let you prove the program works on real money rather than in a sandbox; once it has, you are a customer. We show you the running total in the dashboard all month, so the switch is never a surprise.
Is the $10,000 ceiling on Pro a hard limit?
No. We never switch off tracking or hide your data mid-month — that would cost you attribution you cannot get back. We flag it in the dashboard, and if you stay above the ceiling two months running we move you to Business.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes, in both directions between Pro and Business. An upgrade is prorated immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period so you keep what you already paid for.
Do these prices include the commissions I pay my affiliates?
No, and nothing we charge is taken out of their commission. Affiliate payouts leave your own balance in full — woobs only ever bills you the flat monthly fee.
Are there payout fees?
None from us. Whatever rail you pay your affiliates on charges its own transfer fee, and that is between you and them.
Do you charge per affiliate, per contact or per click?
Never. Affiliates, campaigns and clicks are unlimited on every plan, Free included. Team seats are the only count we apply: 2 on Free, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Business.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes on Pro and Business — pay for ten months and get twelve. Email us and we will switch your account over.
Which currency do you bill in?
USD. Affiliate revenue in other currencies is converted at the rate on the day of the transaction to work out which ceiling you sit under, and the rate used is shown in the dashboard.
